Founded in 1971, Ann Arbor Builders, Inc. specializes in building custom and semi-custom homes throughout Washtenaw County, Michigan. In all those years – and long before the term “green building” entered our vocabulary - we were building energy efficient features into every home we built. Today, our homes are at least 30% - and often more - more efficient than new homes that meet building codes, as measured by the HERS index. With over 40 years of experience, we help our clients create homes with all the details their creativity can imagine and their budgets will allow…and then build each one as if it were our very own.
