I don’t know why these people are saying is such bad things about Elizabeth and Rich and their crew. They Promise me a bathroom in a week and half. They Work was done in 7 days. These people are the most honest people I’ve never meet in my life.

Do not hire these ppl! They will steal your money, I recently got an estimate from them, I didn’t know who exactly these ppl were but they convinced me to Trust them. I give them 1000 cash supposedly to buy the windows to put in my house. After I did my research i notice the review from Matt and things were going exactly the way it happened to him. Firs Rich told me I didn’t needed a building permit, then he said his wie has cancer and wouldn’t be able to do the job until 4 weeks, then he told me it was going to cost me more because I was going to need a building permit and he was going to do things the legal way. I decided not to moved foward with them and I’m going to fight for my 1000.00 I encourage everyone to share this and please help other by letting them know who this ppl truly are. To avoid getting scammed by them.

My experience with Atrium Builders turned out to be negative. I hired them for two projects and was in negotiations for a 3rd project, which I already paid 2/3 of the money for (which has not been refunded as of this date, 1/15/18) without a contract because I made the mistake of trusting them. I first hired them to do my basement. I was initially impressed with their work (I will give them credit for the framing work in my basement only) and what I thought to be honest conduct. This impression declined over the 4 and a half months they were in my employ. They rarely started on time, with some exceptions. They had problems with personnel. They did not complete the 2nd project, railing on my front stoop, and the rail they did install was shoddy. The worst part of the experience, though, is the poor quality workmanship on the electrical work for my basement. The lights were not connected properly and to this day, the outlets they have installed are not working and the remaining outlets are uninstalled. I have to hire an electrician to complete the work, as I also had to hire a plumber for the sloppy work they did repairing my pipes in the laundry room. Please see the pictures attached to this review. Notice the burn marks on the woodwork and drywall. Notice the wire hanging from the ceiling and the incorrectly installed light switches with the old wires sticking out. See also the incomplete rail on the stoop. I informed them last weekend, January 13, 2018, that we were no longer doing business together. In my opinion, I do not recommend Atrium Builders for any future projects. If you hire them, you do so at your own risk.
