Make sure if you hire this contractor include in the contract any damage caused by their work, they will pay the cost of repair and damage. They left us hanging on the damage caused done on our A/C freon pipe. The room was finished around March (original agreement was to finish in 1 week but took them 3 weeks). We just found out, (because we don't usually turn on our A/C during winter) this summer that our A/C is not cooling at all and called Cambridge to check. There we found that A/C freon pipe damaged of ceiling installation of the said room. They refused to pay the damage and cost and repair the ceiling. And they denied that they did this room. I asked to send the project manager to verify but they ignore my request.

I hired BasementBro to finish my basement. I contacted them through the internet and in few hours I got a response from Slava. I didn't know anything about the company and I was a little afraid, but Slava showed me some of the jobs they were doing and I like them. I hired them and in only 15 days my basement was ready and beautiful. The only complain I have is with the kitchen people. They were subcontracted and, even though the kitchen looks beautiful, they are not as responsible as BasementBro. I highly recommend BasementBro!!!
