Steve and Marsha did a full garage renovation for us. They converted the garage into 4 separate living spaces for us. This job involved leveling the garage floor by installing 2x8's with major sloping and variations, insulation, wiring, walls, tongue and groove walls, a major size window, flooring, lighting and more. The space is now beautiful and we love it. The site was always clean, the project stayed on budget and was done on time. We caused a few change orders that were handled graciously. We hope to do more remodeling with them in the future. We trust them completely!

Bay & Beyond upgraded my tiny home/guest room quarters by replacing and extending a new roof over the structure and patio. They completed the project on time and on budget. The Seelys are a very personable and professional duo. They are so easy to work with, communicate well, and their work is top notch. I would hire Bay & Beyond for more construction projects and highly recommend them to others.
