I highly recommend Bianco for any home renovation project. They recently remodeled the kitchen in our 1969 Vienna,VA house and surpassed our expectations. We had a wall taken down to open our kitchen to our dining room, rearranged our laundry situation, and pulled hardwood floors into the kitchen to match the original hardwood floor in the rest of the house. They were very easy to communicate with, paid close attention to detail (closer than me), came in at budget (never charged us for unexpected complications), and finished a week early.

We recently completed a multi-level addition/renovation of our 1940s home. We selected Bianco Renovations after going out to bid to several builders based on the detailed proposal and competitive pricing. Once the project started, Alex and his team were easy to reach, responsive to our questions, and provided good insights that helped us navigate all the decision-making. Additionally, Bianco Renovations provided high-quality craftsmanship. They were committed to helping us stay true to the look and feel of the original house (which was extremely important to us). Our new space has a seamless transition between the old house and new construction. They made the entire process stress-free. We love coming home and have great space to enjoy life and entertain. Bianco built our house last year, they did a terrific job. Alex the owner was very honest about the process, or if any changes were cost effective. Alex and Tito were great to work with! It was awesome to have one person responsible for much of the renovation. Tito would set the tone each morning by greeting my dogs, selecting the right music for the job ahead and then tackling the tasks on his to-do-list. Both were very responsive. Tito was extremely organized and each evening before he left, order was restored to the "work in progress." I never felt rushed to make a decision. I often ask both Tito and Alex for their input. You cannot go wrong with this pair!

Way beyond expectations. Thrilled with their work on our remodeled upstairs bathroom and closet. Highly skilled and knowledgeable staff, and very communicative throughout the process. We were so happy we immediately rebooked Bianco for a basement remodel that is already underway and also looking great.

Bianco Renovations did an exceptional job of renovating the main floor of our home. The kitchen was moved from the front of the house to the back of the house, the hardwood floors were refinished, and the siding was redone. All the work (even the punchlist items) were completed before the deadline (Original estimate 2-3 months. Work was completed in 9 weeks) and within budget. Every person who worked for Bianco was professional and communicated effectively. We had the same project manager on site for the duration of the project which really helped things move smoothly.

We hired Bianco Renovations to do an extensive remodel of the interior of our home (convert a bedroom into a bathroom and a laundry room, create an office under the stairs, update the flooring and lighting in our playroom, update our hall bathroom, and overhaul our mudroom). From the very beginning they were up front, honest and punctual. Alex managed our project and Tito was on site full time. Tito took tremendous pride in his work and it shows! Our house looks amazing thanks to them. My only complaint is that sometimes the communication was not so good between Alex and Tito, so it required some coordination on our part to make sure the two of them were on the same page. Ultimately, this was a fairly minor issue, as everything turned out fantastic. We highly recommend the team at Bianco Renovations!

I am very pleased with my new kitchen. Alex and crew did a great job! Alex carefully listened and accommodated what I wanted for my kitchen. I wanted a wall taken down to give an open space look. Alex made sure that it is up to code and have the structural, plumbing and electrical work inspected by the county. I feel secured that my kitchen is up to county code and safe. There was a little delay in the construction due to the original plaster work done on the ceiling which required the Bianco crew to do over and over again the plastering and sanding. This indicates their commitment to excellence. The crew are polite, pleasant and very experienced at what they do. Pricing of the renovation work is reasonable as well as the allowances for the fixtures and countertop. I was able to select the type and style of faucets, sink, lighting, and countertop that I really want without going over budget. I am very happy with the results of the renovation.

We found the work to be good and completed most projects ahead of schedule. Project was done in a professional manner, sub-contractors were good and well supervised. Renovations were done as planned. Additions to the contract were not an issue. We would hire them again. We love our new space.

The renovation was a collaborative process with Alex and his team wiling and actively engaging in thoughts, ideas and changes. The project stayed within the time frame and estimated costs. We thought about renovating our 1980's kitchen for a long time. We had a few false starts over the years but when we found a contractor who was recommended by a neighbor we decided to get the project done. Alex was thoroughly professional from the start. He listened as we described what we had in mind for the kitchen and offered suggestions. He provided an estimate in a few days and didn't hesitate to provide further detail when asked. We signed the contract in early December 2015. We were promised our kitchen within 6 weeks of the start. He didn't start until the cabinets were delivered. His crew started on January 13, 2016. They erected plastic barriers to keep the dust contained. Demo went quickly. While we had a number of decisions to make, including paint, tile, back splash, counter and fixtures, he laid out the order in which they were needed in order to stay on track. We had a few changes and he took them in stride. His crew were polite, professional, worked hard and were always on time. They kept the work area tidy and cleaned up daily. The project was completed in just 4 weeks. A few days later we noticed a problem with a few tiles and some grout. Alex came by, agreed to have the floor repaired and had it fixed in two weeks. We can't say enough about how beautiful our kitchen now looks. The attention to detail was outstanding and his crew was always friendly and polite. We would not hesitate recommending Alex and Bianco Renovations to others for their home remodeling projects.

I've had the pleasure of working with Bianco as their photographer. Our last client, Hanifa, waxed lyrical on how Bianco helped her bring a 1970's built kitchen, dining and living room into 2015 with open space, a large entertaining kitchen and tons of light. They worked with her to develop the heart of the house the way she wanted, even incorporating her family's HUGE saltwater fish tank unto the kitchen area for all to enjoy. If Haifa is any indication of the relationship Bianco builds with its clients.... I imagine they are worth checking out.

We just competed a four-month expansion/renovation project with Bianco Renovations. Alex and his team were absolute professionals going above and beyond the call of duty to not only deliver on time but to deliver beyond our expectations. The final delivery is a true testament to the extensive knowledge and experience that Alex and his hand-selected team members possess. Given the scope of our work, we interviewed several contractors (all of whom were referrals) but ended up using Bianco based on our interview and the positive reviews they had received. I must say that Alex and his team live up to the positive reviews and more importantly, what sets them apart from the rest is their ease in communication, meticulous attention to details and their ability to work with clients both on budget as well as the many details involved in construction to deliver on time. For our family, keeping in mind the long duration of this project, being able to work with the team with ease and being able to have complete trust is what made the difference. We are extremely grateful to each and every member of the Bianco team who has given us an amazing dwelling. We could not be happier and highly recommend their services.

This was the second time we worked with Alex. The first project we used Alex for was to finish our basement. He did such a great job, we called him back to renovate our kitchen. Alex came up with great plans at a very economical price and then worked with us through the project on all the changes we wanted. He was very helpful in identifying where we could great selections at reasonable prices. Bottom line: We are very satisfied with the service and the results. We will use Bianco Renovations again if we need to and will happily recommend them to our friends.

I am extremely pleased with the work completed by Bianco Design and Build Corp. They constructed a beautiful bathroom addition in our 80% finished/walk-out basement with all the Prince William county building codes and our specifications/provided materials. They did all plumbing, electrical, walls addition, amenities installation, tiling, etc. From the time I submitted a quote request to the final inspection everyone has been very professional, courteous and attentive to our questions and requests. We interviewed 5 other contractors and Alejandro offered the most competitive pricing for the quality that we demanded and were not willing to sacrifice. I had a feeling that if we went lower budget wise, we would not get the same speed or level of professionalism. The crew was always polite, kept the site clean, finished the project sooner than we expected and made all arrangements for inspections (sparing us some headache). The only lesson learned for me is I feel like we could have communicated more throughout the process, but it was probably more of my fault, because unfortunately I was not available during the day to clarify some details and oversee the step-by-step process. This was my first time using contractors for an addition building project and we will happily recommend Bianco Design and Build to our friends and hope to hire them again for future projects.

I hired Bianco Design & Build Corp. to renovate 2 of my bathrooms. Alex from Bianco Design & Build Corp did an excellent job from start to finish. He was always prompt from arriving on time to give an estimate, responding quickly to my emails, and performing the bathroom renovations in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the quality was excellent - I am thrilled with how the bathrooms turned out! There were no issues and I would definitely use them again for my next remodel job.

Bianco D&B was great to work with - Alex and his staff had great ideas -- they listened to what we wanted and then came up with plans that were better than what we expected. They estimated it would take 14 weeks and they finished in 11!! They were all respectful of our house, us and our dog. They helped us stay within budget -- they had good contacts at different shops for tiles, granite, lighting, etc. I LOVE my renovation. Any issues that came up they were easy to talk to and get things resolved -- they were not only very competent professionals, but they were also nice people to have in the house.

Project consisted of adding two bedrooms/library with a full bathroom and laundry room. Contractors work was excellent and professional. All work was completed on time and seamlessy integrated the new addition into the existing house.
