Big 4 Development

We Had Big 4 build a Whisper Creek Home for us. We had nothing but problems! our 5-6 months project took 2 years, way over budget. No supervision of subs. The excavator they used removed trees he was told not to 15 minutes after he was told not to, placed a 10 in drain directly in the center of the driveway (above ground) and considered it done. The HVAC guys they used installed a furnace 1/3 the size it should have been, with the outside exhaust and intake 2 ft above the ground on the side of the home that the snow was designed to slide off of in a mountain area that tends to get well over 10ft - we had to install a new unit at our expense due to the fact the one they install could not even maintain 56 degrees running 24/7 - They BS'ed the County inspector so they could distract him so he would miss all kinds of things. Like the kitchen hood exhaust flowed more then the allowed volume and should have had an air exchange unit. The outside doors do not have any flashing material ETC

It is impossible for me to describe just how delightful KC Jones and the Big4 crew were to work with. They were accessible, responsive, meticulous, creative, humorous, collaborative, prompt, honest and reasonably priced. The experience was 100% great and our new Utah house is spectacular. And, by the way, I'm a high-end owners' construction rep in Los Angeles, so I know good from bad, and KC/Big4 is very, very good. My highest recommendation.

Big 4 was hired to do finish/millwork on new build construction for my private residence. KC Jones (owner) and his team were excellent to work with. They were able to take ideas and photos and make them come to life. Most of this was done with virtually no drawings. From start to finish the project took 3 weeks and Big 4 stayed on the schedule they promised. Big 4 far exceeded my expectations both with budget and schedule.

I hired Big 4 Development to construct a second home in 2010. In 2013 I hired them to construct a free standing garage on the same property. They adhered to a very strict schedule and delivered an exceptional product within the established budget. KC Jones is an excellent project manager and was easy to communicate during project performance. My wife and I give our highest recommendation to KC and his Big 4 team.
