He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Hydraulic Structure (interior plumbing) in Westminster, England and earned his Civil Engineer Degree in his native country of Armenia, Colombia. With over 25 years of experience in the construction field, he has the ability to turn blueprints and plans into finished projects. Throughout this construction trajectory Francisco has had the privilege of working with Hobbs Contracting, one of the most widely recognized companies in the construction industry. His most highlighting projects in this career include the installation of Saint Benedict Pope Statue in Saint Patrick's Cathedral in New York City and marble pedestal for English designer Alexander McQueen's runway show at the Metropolitan Museum. With a background in carpentry and painting he has made an impressive career and continues to grow his craftsmanship while utilizing his skills in every job he does. In 2011, Fernando Ortiz joined forces with Francisco Rojas to establish Bright Construction Stone, Inc.
