Ryan did a great job on our kitchen floor replacement. Although we had initial issues, Ryan corrected all of the problems very much to our satisfaction. His customer service is excellent.

Ryan is a nice guy. He dropped the ball on our project and cost us 4 months and over 10k in added architectural, survey and living expenses. He took 3 tries to give us an actual bid. The first was "ballpark". The 2nd was to be used for a construction loan was supposed to be real. Unfortunately when the Bank made him prove his numbers in order to release the money, his "BID" went up by 100,000 dollars. If he had done the work in the beginning he could have saved us the hassle of relying on his bid and making enormous life decisions based off of his numbers. I'm sure the work he would have done would have been great, but his communication and honesty regarding his bid was staggeringly unprofessional. Double check his numbers and make him commit to a hard bid if you are going to use him. I am not saying his end number was wrong, I am saying we would have never wasted 4 months of our lives and thousands pursuing the project if we had had that number (if he has done the work to get real bids) to begin with.
