1) Paint in bathroom peeling due to toilet leak from above (mentioned at time of repair but not repaired);
2) Range hood twisted: range hood is level but existing wall was was not even, if we close 1/8 gap to wall, we rack (deform) the hood;
3) kitchen shelves: Not designed for heavy items placed by customer. In a FLOATING shelf the wall supports go into studs, but hidden within the shelf board, with no visible supporting brackets). During punch list, we re-leveled shelves and told customer not to place heavy items there.
