We are family owned and have been in business since 2005 as C&M Residential Builders Inc. Prior to that we had another 7 years in the contracting business as an individual contractor specializing in home remodeling. Frank Podufalski, president and CEO of C&M Residential Builders Inc. is an honors graduate of the Construction Technology program at Tompkins Cortland Community College. We offer professional and timely services while maintaining a clean work environment throughout the project. We cart away all construction debris during and upon completion of the construction. We center on you, our customer, by listening to your needs and bringing those needs to fruition with quality workmanship.
