Cape Dreams Building and Design, LLC. was founded by Paul van Steensel. Having had the good fortune of working for some of the best builders on Cape Cod for a number of years, he was exposed to many of the intricate facets of the building industry. Our business is founded on the belief that that honesty, quality, and professionalism go a long way and have truly distinguished our business from our competitors. Of course, these qualities aren’t necessarily chosen, they are most often inherent and simply a reflection of an individual or a teams’ core values: these are the values of Cape Dreams.
