Beware of this company! We received referrals from friends for Mr. Christopher Smith with Carolina Complete Concepts for residential home remodeling. After we received a few comparison quotes, we decided to sign a contract with Carolina Complete Concepts on May 9. Our project is a simple guest bathroom remodel and office door installation and had a projected completion date of June 3 (projected timeline pending material availability). We paid an initial deposit of 50% toward total project cost during contract signing, which he cashed the next day. We never saw him again. After quite a few weeks of unanswered texts and calls, he reconnected via email in mid-June with a vow to make things right. However after July 7, Mr. Smith went completely silent again and has not returned countless attempts to follow up through repetitive texts, calls, emails and voice messages. As of the time of this post, it's been 125 days since our project was pre-paid 50%, our project is 0% complete, and no one at Carolina Complete Concepts will make contact with us. We do not recommend this company.

Thanks again Chris, Chris and his team had built my wife and I a new home on an empty lot, he had completely remodeled and upgraded our investment rental property with new bathrooms, remodeled master bath, kitchen upgrade and entire wood floor upgrades on two levels of a 3200sq ft executive home in Waxhaw. Chris is a gracious, fair and honest professional with reasonable prices and quality workmanship. You will cannot go wrong using him and his team for any size project.

I contacted this company to do a number of jobs for me to get my house ready to sell. All jobs were done well, on time and on budget. The owner, Christopher Smith, is extremely courteous and respectful of my home and yard. Work I had done included repairing water damage to the garage interior roof, repair doors that stuck, installing a garage door opener, and trimming trees/bushes/shrubbery. I have called C3 to do a number of jobs for me because they do what they say they will do!
