Central Signature Homes has been serving the upstate since 1971. The company’s custom luxury homes are scattered throughout the upstate of South Carolina with a primary emphasis on Lakes Keowee, Hartwell and Jocassee. Over 100 homes have been built in the Keowee Key Development alone. Oscar F. Molin, Jr. moved to the area to attend Clemson University in 1967. Shortly after graduating, he founded Central Contracting Corporation. Since that time, Central Signature Homes, LLC / Central Contracting Corporation has become one of the most recognized and trusted custom home building names in the area. Oscar’s son in law, David Gully joined the “Central family” in 2002. Also a graduate of Clemson University, David earned his degree in Civil Engineering in 1998. David quickly became successful in the design/build commercial construction sector with worldwide McDevitt Street Bovis. After six years with Bovis, the smaller, more individualized business of custom home building appealed to David, and he made the move to Seneca. David is the current president and owner of the company. Central Signature Homes takes pride in building homes that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but comfortable to live in.
