I couldn't be more pleased with Colony Home Builders transformation of our kitchen. From the start they listened, offered terrific advice and delivered. From start to finish everyone involved was professional and polite. Every aspect of the renovation, which was a total gut job, was quality work by each craftsman involved. Time lines were met per contract.This was the least stressful home remodeling that I have experienced. I am looking forward to our next renovation with Colony Home Builders.

After losing my home to a fire I had to rebuild. After looking into almost every custom home builder and some track home builders I had decided to build with Colony Home Builders. Being in the luxury real estate market for over 15 years in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas of Phoenix I knew what I was looking for in attention to craftsmanship from a builder. It took just over 6 months to build from starting the home in Jan 2017 and finishing in July 2017. The process was great and the new home totally was what I expected and more. Everyone in the area of Oberlin Ohio knows the beautiful blue and white new home that catches their eye every time passing by.

Guided us through the difficult process of home building with professionalism and friendliness, and worked to make sure we were satisfied at every stage. We would absolutely build with Colony again!
