Pete has built over 150 Million dollars in homes in his career which has spanned between the Tampa Bay area of Florida to Traverse City, Michigan. We are here to offer our services in both the remodeling and building of new homes in the Greater Grand Traverse County/Leelanau County area. Whether you are looking to build your dream home or make your current home more suitable for your needs we are here to help you achieve your goals with nearly 40 years of knowledge and experience in construction. Amazing team. Pete and Kim have been so helpful and thorough. My timeframe for the project was extremely tight. Once we agreed on how we wanted to proceed, Pete had his team here the next day to get started. Even though we have only been working on this for a few days, I just know we are going to be so happy with the end results. I can’t say enough good things about the team their work ethic and attention to detail.

Great company to do business with. The team of Peter and Kim Costanza provided significant assistance in understanding our needs and providing feedback based on their combined experience in the building business. As a result, we have 2 decks that never looked so great. The Trex product they suggested was perfect for our needs and budget. Additionally, Peter and Kim were regular on site visitors and responded quickly to issues that arose. Ed Stawicki

We have used Costanza Homes over the past 3 years for a whole house renovation at purchase, the addition of a finished basement, an outdoor patio, a butler pantry addition, and even a 250 sq foot treehouse with a loft. Pete and his crew have always been on budget, and are great at coming up with innovative suggestions to improve your ideas. Our home is absolutely amazing and that is largely attributable to the work that Costanza Homes has done.
