Bought a house from this contractor, that word chokes in my throat. He was supposed to do certain agreed upon improvements, he did NOTHING! Granted I was stuck between a rock and hard place and didn't have much choice but to buy this money pit, however Coveney was less than truthful....he was getting cash for this house!!
