I find the description to not be accurate. Dwight knew we weren’t pleased but just seemed not to care. In fairness, I believe the work up to the finish is good. But when it comes to finishing, what you & everyone will see for the next 40 years, he doesn’t care. Dwight does very little of the work himself & is often not on the site. He never goes back to see what the men accomplished that day to ensure it was what the client wanted. He seems very annoyed if you want it changed & tries to talk you out of it. The work took twice as long as stated & he seemed to think that should have been our expense. Overall, it was a very bad deal. We will not use him again & could not recommend him.
