Design Build Unlimited is everything we had hoped. Our home turned out beautifully. Billy took the ideas in our dreams, drew up beautiful plans from our sketches, and executed the build with excellence, honesty and integrity. We have never seen a home framed this well (and most of our subs said the same thing). This house is SOLID. This winter has proved just how solid it really is. Billy uses good materials and doesn't skimp on quality. Quality is definitely what we got from Design Build Unlimited -- in all areas. There are so many things we love about this builder. He allows you to dream and then works hard to give you that dream. He has great ideas -- ones you would have never thought of. He doesn't force those ideas on you but works WITH you. Billy makes things happen. He treats his subs well (that's important to us) and chooses subs which deliver a superb product. He is conscientious, dedicated and wants his homes to be like ones in which he would live. He honors the thoughts of his clients and will give you clear direction if you are uncertain. He won't leave things to chance. We all know it's expensive to build a home and Billy tries to help you find good, solid solutions for making everything work together in your budget. He stands behind his word.....absolutely. We didn't know the Huttos before we moved here. Now they feel like a part of our family. We've built a home once before and our experience was not like this one. It was very troubling, actually. That builder was dishonest. THIS experience was the way it should be with any builder. You won't have to worry about being cheated with this company. Our home was worth the wait. Covid brought many challenges during our build. Our builder weathered all of them and worked even harder. That's the sign of a good builder who CARES. He cares not only about the product he delivers but he cares about his clients. Draft home design submitted 2.Design elevation based on information provided by client 3 Contract/build approx 3800 sq ft home on the river in Montrose, CO. 4 Be willing to work with client on design elements in an enthusiastic way, 5. Provide an approx. bid 6. Stay in constant communication with client, never assuming anything Because Design Build Unlimited followed all of these requirements, we highly recommend them to anyone needing these types of services. It is hard to like most builders at the end of a project, but I would hire them again in a heart beat!!!
