We hired Downey for a gut renovation of our large paneled family room---new walls, ceiling, and floor. It was going so smoothly that we inquired about extending the renovation into the kitchen creating an open concept. John and Scott worked with our budget and our ideas, adding additional cabinets, replacing the Formica with granite, and installing a new floor. An unbelievable transformation took place. Then, they moved outside where they did cement work, replaced aluminum, and installed garage and basement windows. The quality of their work and their ability to finesse our ideas was amazing.
