E&A was great! Mark the sales man came on time, and very knowledgeable, he helped me pick something that I loved. Best of all he got me the estimate to me same day. After I decided to hire them the installers came on the same date and time they told me they would come. Super friendly and courteous they treated my home with love and respect. The finished product was amazing I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I hired this company to replace the floors in my condominium. I had done research for the better part of a year to find the best company. This was a big investment and a foundational piece of any home. As importantly, I wanted to hire from people I believed. Is it possible to have a excellent product, detailed installation and an experienced company run by good people that would care for my home? Simply put, yes. E&A is it. From the first phone call to the in home evaluation, to product selection, I immediately knew I was in the best hands. The Sales Manager, Mark - in addition to being authentic and caring to meet my specific requirements - mentioned that the owners were committed to treating all their employees well. That was a selling point. Happy employees make happy customers. The reverse is almost never true. The price was competitive, Alex the Owner was 100 percent responsive to all my questions and concerns. This included a step by step, highly involved HOA process. Want a company that can meet the requirements of your HOA in a timely and top quality way? There are few. E&A is outstanding. The installers were on time, hard-working and experts at their craft. The job got done in the time frame that was promised. The floor had to be leveled in three rooms. It was flawless. There were a couple of unexpected issues and they were resolved real-time despite it being more complicated than expected. The next day I noticed a couple of minor issues. Are you ready for this part? When I sent an email on Saturday morning, Alex and Erik responded in an hour and were both at my house in two. They assessed the issues, Alex fixed one during the visit and the installer arrived on Sunday morning to fix the other two. He drove from Kent to Seattle for minor corrections that took him only a half hour to resolve. When does this happen? These guys have stellar reviews and plenty of business lined up. They do business like this because this is how they do business. I LOVE my new floors. And I really enjoyed meeting Alex and Eric. They are good people who are talented and driven to excellence every time for every customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Good people that do exceptional work at a fair price in a geographic areas that has a low supply of contractors is a gem in a haystack. Look no further. Thank you A&E!

E&A Pro Flooring did an excellent job replacing carpet in the bedrooms and applying luxury vinyl through out the house. Erik and Alex were very respectful of our home and have a vast knowledge about the business they’re in. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
