EC Builders Inc.

I have worked with EC Builders, general contractor, now for 2 years on multiple projects including a gut renovation and large addition, many bathrooms (including 2 of my own!), and other renovation projects. This family-owned business takes pride in their client service. Emidio and Aldo Cerone are consummate professionals. They have been open to my ideas and design preferences. They take pains to make sure the renovations and building process is smooth and fast. Their works is of the highest quality and their subs are lovely, professional craftsman. They are organized and responsive. It's a pleasure to work with them and I look forward to many more collaborative projects together. I highly recommend them as a competent, quality GC for any size project.

I have been very happy with EC Builders. They have been in business for 30 years. The company is a father and 2 grown sons. They all live in Westchester and have families here. Definitely a stable company who will not “disappear" like some of the horror stories you hear about! We have done 2 renovation projects with them. Their employees have worked for them for years and are very trustworthy. I have 2 daughters and have never been concerned about them in my home. They oversee the subs very closely and are very conscientious about cleaning up at the end of they day. The work always comes in on budget. We have added things as we went, but the costs were always agreed upon before the work was started. They make every effort to move the work along as quickly as possible. The inspector in my town knows that they do quality work. Therefore, the inspection process went very smoothly.
