I am a recurring customer and have worked with David on several projects over the past one year. He provides excellent work, clean finishes, and great customer service. He is honest about his pricing and tries his best to accommodate on what we need.

I contracted for: Drywall repair, painting, window caulking, trim replacement and baseboard replacement. Workers were not detailed oriented as finished version was not neatly done; my windows were not re-caulked as they were paid to do; drywall was gauged where old baseboard was removed and had to be replaced with a taller base by me. Did not fix nail pops and rough spots in ceiling. Did not paint brand new pre-primed doors with two coats as specified. Originally did not replace trim with new trim and until I proved to the owner that the before pictures were identical with the same mix-matched trim profiles. Did not remove new door knob or hinges before painting. Got dark paint (not drips, surface area in multiple places) on my brand new carpet. Did not evenly paint baseboards, could see brush strokes and primer. Did not tape off walls, ceiling or corner boundaries and an apparently unsteady hand got purple and turquoise paint all over the ceiling. Brush strokes and roller overlap on sparsely covered ceiling. Even after pointing these things out, they were still not addressed properly and caused even more issues. I just agreed that they were finished to be done with them. Then I personally re-did what they were paid to do. I learned my lesson...if I can do it myself, even if it takes months to do what a pro should thoroughly do in a few days...I’ll do it and save my money.
