I’m very pleased with the results of my kitchen project. Special mention to Meredith R. who made a “ house call” to discuss the options for an updated kitchen. I never felt pressured or pushed into something I didn’t want. The team leader Dan B. kept a deep focus on all aspects of the project. The team was well coordinated which allowed for good results in a very short period of time. I would not hesitate to use Ferris Home Improvement for any job large or small in my home. Kudos to all !!

Very happy with the kitchen renovation by Ferris. The entire project was seamless, from design to final walk through. Emily was very helpful and patient during the design phase. Educating us on different kinds of flooring, cabinets, back splash, etc.. The contractors used preformed professionally, provided quality work and no issues with clean up. Project manager was very responsive to our questions and the inspector was very thorough about reviewing the work performed.

I have used Ferris for four different jobs on my house and they are coming today to measure for a fifth. I would not use any other contractor. Meredith has been running the show for me on the indoor projects. The most recent was taking down my main bathroom to the studs and completely rebuilding it. It looks amazing. The Ferris employees are all fantastic and I enjoy working with them. I can't say enough about this company but particularly Meredith. I would trust anyone from Ferris in my home. I especially like that they don't leave any detail unfinished. They make a schedule and stick to it.

Ferris just completed a complete siding replacement using James Hardie siding for our home in Selbyville DE. The siding had to be replaced on our 7 yr old home due to our builder using another siding manufacturer and we had cracked boards on 80% of our home. Ferris came highly recommended by our Property Mgmt company and they did not disappoint! Our Sales rep, Tim, took great care in reviewing our options and what needed to be done. The work was scheduled and completed on time. Brandon, the project foreman, was outstanding! We were not there during the work and he was in daily contact with us, photos included! He met with us, when it was convenient for us to meet with him, to completely review the work. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of workmanship and the value of the project. No one wants to have to replace the siding on a home, but we are so glad we worked with Ferris and highly recommend them:)

From the first call to Ferris and through the entire process, we felt heard, understood, and valued. From the sales consultant, Tim to the secretary/coordinator, Aliceyn, to the site manager, Brandon, the experience was seamless and stress-free. Tim showed us the materials that Ferris is authorized and certified to use from Owens Corning. Tim taught us the process and what the expectation is of their workforce in replacing the roof. Aliceyn coordinated the dates and times for the job and the dropoff/pickup of the dumpster. Brandon answered our questions, and educated us about the different looks of the finished roof, as his workforce cleaned up and seemed deliberate in finding "every last" nail and putting things away, before departing. Good job Ferris and congratulations on getting your latest award for Delaware...Sussex County!

I had my kitchen remodeled, a walk in shower put in my bathroom and my living room painted. Emily and Tim are the Best! They made sure everything was done on time. Emily was so helpful in designing my small kitchen, making it seem larger. All the contractors who came to work in my home were respectful of myself, my pets and my home. They were all very knowledgeable and did beautiful work. I am so pleased with everything and will definitely use Ferris again for home improvements. I highly recommend Ferris, and especially Emily and Tim.

Ferris replaced the roof on our house. The job was done smoothly and professionally. The crew show up on time and were cheerful and pleasant to work with. They put in great effort protecting the windows and bushes to prevent damage during old roof removal. The new roof was installed exactly as specified in the contract. Project Manager Paul Trnchik kept us informed every step of the way. After the work was complete, the crew double and triple checked all area to ensure no nails or debris remained. Overall we are very satisfied with the work and would recommend Ferris to anyone needing roofing work.

Ferris did a partial roof replacement for me at a reasonable price with quality work. They were friendly, very professional, and very reliable. I am very happy with the job that Paul, Frank & his crew did. They did a great job in cleaning up, no trash anywhere & certainly no nails. Ferris Home Improvements did a complete tear-out and remodel of our 1970s bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team at Ferris were a pleasure to work with. Meredith was so helpful with the design process, and Russell and Charlie were there during the construction to answer questions and kept things moving smoothly. All of the materials were on-site at our house before demolition began. The project moved quickly and the schedule was adhered to almost to the day. The bathroom is gorgeous and their workmanship was top notch!
