After the Gatlinburg wildfires, we made a decision to rebuild, and it was a strenuous process trying to find a reputable builder. After meeting with several builders, we met with Marvin Fisher of Fisher Custom Homes. We immediately made our decision to work with Marvin. Now that we decided on a builder, we needed to get a design, and Marvin immediately offered us the opportunity to go look at some of the Chalets he built in the area. We went to one particular chalet that he built and fell in love with the floor plan. We decided on that particular floor plan, and he said I think we would want to make some modifications that will be more suitable for you. Not only did Marvin show us floor plans, and chalets; he listened to what we wanted, and knew within that floor plan we would want to make modifications that would better suit our wants and needs. I will have to say that during the build it was so easy, because every person on the construction staff was just like dealing with Marvin himself. Marvin didn’t believe in a lot of subcontracting, and if he did the crew would oversee and make certain it was done right. Each of the staff working for Marvin was wonderful, and we had more dealings with Brian, and Josh during the process. We could call them at any given time or day and they would answer the phone. The staff would call us with progress reports and, finally got to the finishing touches; and everything came together. The detail to craftsmanship is superior

I rarely give reviews but have to this time because I am extremely thankful to Fisher Custom Builders. I had an emergency at my fully-booked vacation rental cabin. Pipe busted. Crawl space flooded. Entire 600 sqft floor damaged by water. To complicate the matter, I am out-of-state host. Devastated and panic, I called multiple contractors and Marvin was the first to return my call. He came within a few hours to assess the situation, connected me to a great water mitigation team, helped to look for new flooring and vanity, and promptly provided an itemized quote. Once the water mitigation team was done with their part, Marvin showed up early in the morning every day, and finished everything within less than 2 days. He also sent me pictures to update me on work progress. After completion, he came back the next day to check for leakage if any. Marvin is also very honest; he included materials cost in his quote, which I didnt pay attention to. As I ended up buying the materials online myself, he took the materials cost out of the invoice without me asking. The floor turns out beautiful. It's hard to find such hard-working, skilled, reliable, and honest contractor like Marvin nowadays. Thank you so much and good luck!

Had Fisher Custom Builders do a remodel on our house in TN, from the time we met to outline the project to the finish we felt we were in good hands. We couldn’t be happier with the completed project, great suggestions and craftsmanship.

Marvin Fisher remodeled our two bathrooms in our condo on Ski View Drive, Gatlinburg, TN. The end result was way beyond what I had invisioned. He and his team offered so many unique ideas that I had not thought of. Both baths a completely tiled with natural stone floors and barn wood walls. It’s beyond beautiful!

We had a major water damage claim on our home in Gatlinburg. Marvin and his team were an absolute Godsend! We live in Georgia, so Marvin was our eyes, ears, etc etc for the entire project. He was super responsive by phone, text and email - he answered tons of my dumb questions. All of the construction was top quality, completed on time and on budget. I HIGHLY recommend Fisher Custom Builders!

Mr.Fisher took our remodel from down to the STDs to better than we could have hoped. From the 70's to truly up to date. He found ways to improve on our ideas AND save us money. He was always available and stayed in touch. Could not have asked for more of a professional. Recommend him unreservedly.
