I had major water damage at my home the first week of October due to a faulty connection between my flat roof and pitched roof. The scuppers had been blocked up by fallen pine needles and rain pooled on the flat roof. The water rose and came down through the inside walls and eventually poured in through the studs under my dining room. I hired Four Seasons to replace my roofs with a new GAF High Definition Timberline asphalt roof. His crew did a great job. His estimate was precise and extremely detailed. His price was a bit higher than other estimates I got but the scope of the work to be performed far exceeded the other 5 estimates I received. He was the only roofer who addressed the drainage problem with the flat roof. He added to the roof work to have a gutter company come and install a full gutter line across the front side of the dining room roof and on both sides of the flat roof over the upstairs bedroom area. Plus because it was a GAF HD roof, I received a lifetime guarantee on it which includes not only parts but labor. Four Seasons will come in any roof emergency and do the repairs and will also come periodically to inspect the roofs to preclude any early foreseeable problems. The owner, Travis, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He has replaced roofsa and done major remodeling throughout Snohomish County, WA. I also hired his carpenter to repair the interior water damage in my house. This is a great company; well worth the extra money for the quality I received. Highly recommend them.

Response to inquiry for a quote was great - they were there when they said they would be! The quote was detailed and honest. He did warn me that sometimes once the roof is opened up unseen 'surprises' can be uncovered. The work ended up being more than we anticipated, but the supervisor was very patient and explained EVERYTHING to me (and he used English vs. roofer slang and acronyms). I approved all additional work prior to any being done. They cleaned up every night and arrived on time every day. There were no slackers among the team - everyone seemed busy all the time. The workmanship was supurb. I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I had a major roof failure and we need a new roof. However, the roof lead wasn't the only problem. Our roof and supporting structure was completely rotted and we needed to replace the roof joists, insulation, sheeting, gutters, etc. Travis has a good team of professionals who want to do a good job. With all the add-ons the price continued to increase but at the end of the project Travis worked with us on the final bill to make it fair and reasonable. I referred Travis to my mother-in-law and he successfully completed her home too.
