The G.T. Issa team builds stunning and highly sought after houses. Some of the things I liked about the building process was their design center and the many options you can chose from. For the most part I was kept in the loop during the construction process. You get a lot of bang for your buck. My house has already increased in value. I get so many compliments on my home. Some of the cons, however, were some of the laborers were not as careful and had the same vision in quality as I did. Some details took several attempts to be fixed such as tile and kitchen cabinets. Communication was hard at times and it took several attempts to reach the office. Job sites were not kept as clean and would be expected from a professional job site. And the follow up of the punch list and 1 year warranty took some time and some issues hadn't been resolved.

As a major supplier for GT Issa for the last 8 years I have seen this Company grow by leaps and bounds. He gives a lot of "bang for the buck" with his finishes. Let Gus's team of professionals walk you through building your "Dream Home".

We just signed a contract with Gus and I will be keeping you informed of the progress as time goes on. The initial design went well and I like how Gus and Emily lead us through the process. They both seem to be very nice people who really want to build just the house to meet our needs. I have had houses built for me before and know it is a stressful time but I really look forward to being friends with them both in the future. I also know that building is booming right now and just hope there are not too many delays. Build complete and we have lived in our new home for one year. Emily Smith, design coordinator at GT Issa construction helped us in every stage of designing our beautiful home. From picking out colors, material, lighting, cabinets, countertops, etc. Thanks to her guidance we have a beautiful, comfortable home that reflects our style The site supervisor, Tracy Smith worked with us through every step of the construction. He kept us informed about the progress of the build and addressed all our concerns quickly. We are delighted with our beautiful GT Issa home.

GT Issa (Gus) listens to needs and wants to build a custom home. He thinks out of the box and will allow wish list as long as it complies with construction laws. Gus' communication and response time is excellent. He keeps promises and is as flexible as can be during a project. Closing was earlier than promise date. Gus is the only contractor that we interviewed that did not require us to spend thousands for an architect even though we drew out floor plans with no blue prints. He is also the only contractor that didn't tell us certain specifications were not possible. His cost was by far the least expensive and the home is of excellent quality.

I had a great experience working with GT Issa Construction. Gus and his staff were very hands on. The project stayed on track and I am loving my house.
