I hired him to remove and rehangs all of my gutters. He seemed very professional on the phone but the quote which was supposed to take a few days to get back to me consumed almost one month. The job was obviously too small to be a priority for him because the start date was also postponed at length. When the work was finally completed I called Mr. Bedocks to complain that although they supposedly had removed and rehung the gutters they had not cleared them before replacing them back on the house at that time I found that they hadn't actually remove the gutters to address any rotted wood that they just unscrewed one in and adjusted the slope. The only place they truly removed and replaced the gutters was on a 28 foot span on the back of my house. This was not as was discussed even though I had made an additional phone call to Mr. Bedocks to review the expected scope of work prior to it happening. Mr. Bedocks did send someone out quickly to clear the gutters but honestly I'm not sure if I would call them again. The price quoted for the work I had specified, I felt was reasonable. I feel the work actually done for the price paid was quite expensive.

We hired Mr. Bedocs to build a ramp and were so pleased we have hired him many times since. Our most recent project was a screened porch and ramp addition to our home. Mr. Bedocs arrived on time each day with the supplies and crew he needed for the day. As usual he stayed on the job with the crew and checked with us as the project progressed to make sure we were satisfied. If additional changes had to be made he always discussed this with us before he proceeded.. Mr. Bedocs holds himself and his crew to a high standard. He takes pride in his craftsmanship and puts extra effort into producing a superior product. He is very knowledgeable about construction methods, and he keeps up with what is new on the market. He can suggest ways to make your ideas look better, but he will accept your answer as final. We were particularly impressed with Mr. Bedocs character. He is easy to work with, congenial on the job, and when he leaves the project there is no dust or debris to clean up. His prices? Very competitive. It has been our finding that he does a thorough job with his estimates so there are usually no surprises.

Mr. Bedocs takes his profession very seriously. He is meticulous about the details of his work. We had both remodeling work and storm repair work done on two of our houses. He listened to what we wanted and made recommendations that were much better than we asked for. If he was not satisfied with work that was done, he would re-do it without charging extra. We have had bathrooms and kitchen remodels done that included fixing issues that was found in the process. Everything was done as quickly as possible and although deadlines were not always made due to various circumstances beyond his control, we are very happy with the results. It made it all worth the wait. His charges were very competitive too.
