We recently moved in to a large condominium which needed extensive renovation. Neighbors had recommended Chris Gildein, who was in the process of performing extensive renovation work for them. I cannot say enough good things about Chris. We hired him to remodel our master bathroom, paint our kitchen and guest bathroom cabinetry, hang a number of complicated and expensive chandeliers and light fixtures, mount a large television over our fireplace (which involved sophisticated rewiring), epoxy our garage floor surface, power wash our outside walkways and repair our security lighting. Throughout these projects Chris and his crew were reliable, showed up for work everyday, texted us on the rare occasions when they were running late, and you won’t find nicer people to deal with. I would be remiss if I did not mention Chris’s creative imagination. Throughout the various projects Chris devised solutions to any problems which arose. He never lacked confidence in his ability to complete the jobs on time, within budget and with a good sense of humor. He also displayed a remarkable familiarity and expertise with electrical, plumbing and tile work. But don’t take my word for it. Look at a few pictures of his work I am posting with my review. In summary, Chris Gildein is an excellent multi-faceted contractor. We thank our neighbors for recommending him so highly.

This guy promises you he will perform but he never does. His men are not supervised. Chris never looks at their work. He never checks the job. He never calls you back. He never does what he says he will do. Do not use this company or you will be as disappointed as we are in this neighborhood - it’s been a big big problem all summer.
