General contractor for gut renovation of kitchen. Very professional, stayed within budget, brought in excellent plumber, electrician, painters and carpenters. Very considerate, always gave plenty of notice about necessary disruptions, gave plenty of notice and though there was some slippage in schedule it was not unusual according to the architect. Excellent carpentry work and attention to detail; result is very polished and beautiful. He was happy to work with cabinet maker selected by architect and very cooperative.

Grant Fox contractors did two excellent jobs for me. One: replaced an old and badly water damaged hardwood (enclosed) front porch floor. They added a sister joist to bolster the floor and keep it from sagging (which it did before the repair). Two: repaired and painted my living room ceiling and walls after a bad leak from the bathroom above. I am going to use Grant Fox again to replace a number of windows in my house which was built in 1920.
