We’ve built 3 homes with various builders over the years. The first 2 projects did not go as smoothly as we would have liked, so we were determined to get it right this time. Our latest project was a $900K, 4,000sq/ft home. The process for selecting and customizing a floorplan was strait forward. The team at Greenleaf Farms knew exactly what was possible given the available building envelope. We were provided with straight answers, supported by years of experience and up-to-date knowledge of the building codes and regulations. The entire process was very well organized, with several planned meetings to review the entire project. Also, we were provided with a schedule so we knew exactly when the builders needed to have our selections for flooring, cabinets, appliances, paint colors etc. As with any large project, questions come up. In every case, the team at Greenleaf Farms presented the issue in a timely and professional manner and made suggestions on how best to resolve the issue. As for delivering the project on time and on budget, we were amazed that there were no surprises. The quality and workmanship is among the best available. Even to this day, after living in the home for 6 years, if we need a referral for landscaping or a plumber etc, we can still call Greenleaf Farms for assistance or advice.
