Very Responsive and polite. He had given me an estimate for a paint job for $3,300 after I said I’m in a hurry and am looking for someone to get this done in about a week. After he looked at my high 17’ walls on one section I said how about $4,000 instead to cover for the height. I paid him half ($2,000) on day 1. His time estimate was off, which I think was to be expected since he said it would be quick but it wasn’t a super quick job. Then he texts me after day 3 that he has another job that has taken priority and he won’t be back til after the next week, after I said I needed it done by and he said he could get it done. He got less than halfway before walking off the job, didn’t even get to paint the room with the high ceiling. I had to hire another painter to finish the job on time which was a stress to find someone quickly. I felt like he didn’t do half the job so I texted him to see if he could come by to do some small jobs like paint a door or hang a door or put back the switch and outlet covers he took off for painting and he said he already earned his $2k. The painting itself was so-so (but his price was fair initially for the job I was expecting). There was an immense amount of overspray that they didn’t clean up. I had to scrub a bathroom floor with a magic eraser to clean up all the overspray and scrub off all the door handles. On many trims and edges they just sprayed over the dust. So be careful, I wouldn’t recommend paying til the job is completed. But had a great personality and responsiveness, and to be honest I think the paint job was a bit over their head experience wise, so I’m not mad, I just wish he could compensate a few more things to make the payment fair. Flooring job done beautifully. On time and budget. I would not hesitate to have Antonio install any flooring I need in the future. At the end of the job, the only thing that remained was the lovely floor. All construction debris was gone. Thanks Antonio!!

Antonio was able to respond quickly to our needs when visitors from out of town decided to come early. Fair price, clean and effective effort!
