A Brief History and Professional Credentials: In 1994, Glenn Heidbreder developed HEIDBREDER BUILDING GROUP, LLC to focus on high quality craftsmanship, personal service for the home owner, and exceptional construction management in the residential sector. These services include: professional and personal service to each owner/client; attention to detail by understanding the needs and expectations of each owner/client for the specific project; skilled craftsmanship and quality detailing of finishes by our own skilled carpenters; detailed scheduling and coordination of project contractors to ensure a timely completion of the project; providing computer aided design services, line item estimates and billing, and open communication while working within both time and materials contracts, fixed price contracts, or not to exceed budget constraints. Mission Statement: We build long lasting relationships with our clients. We provide superior customer service and satisfaction through high quality craftsmanship in construction while actively managing project budget and schedule. Our clients are our best salespeople.

I dealt with Tom. Very professional, respectful and helpful. Had many suggestions and came right on time for any and all appointments. When it came to the work, I was overjoyed to find that it was done with the expertise that I had hoped for. It was just a front and back porch, but railings were rounded and sanded, the work was very neat, and the area was free of any debris when the job was completed. The thing that impressed me was the fact that they treated my "small" job as though it was bringing them in a great deal more money. Hard to find that type of attitude and workmanship today!

These people are very professional, timely and stand behind their work. I would recommend them for both building, remodeling and repair jobs. They accomplished a rather difficult request and did it with competence.
