Brendan is AMAZING!! He remodeled my new office space, and I couldn't be happier! The building was old and dated, and he put in all new flooring and tile in the bathroom and entry way, put in new electrical, lighting, patched and painted, and the list goes on... His attention to detail is amazing, and he even stayed an extra 2.5 days on the job to make sure that everything was done perfectly, and that I was getting exactly what I payed for. I did a lot of researching on contractors, and he gave me a fair price, stayed on budget, and was very honest and upfront about material and labor costs, which I really appreciated because it was all out there on the table from the beginning, and I never worried about any 'hidden' costs. Brendan is a very trusting and easy going person, and I felt 100% comfortable with him on the job site. I plan to remodel my home in the near future, and I will definitely be hiring Higgins Remodeling for that job as well! THANK YOU THANK YOU
