Jose completed our full rennovation in 1 month ! He had groups of professionals come through from different trades. Demo, plumbing, electrical, painters, floor, kitchen and bath rennovations were done quickly and any issues were handled by Jose quickly and efficiently. He was always easy to reach and easy to talk to. He also is reasonably flexible to speak with regarding finance, payment and he provided a written estimate for ALL work to be done. Perfect for budgeting a financial management for each specific job. Highly recommended.

They listened carefully to my observations and implemented them. They gave quick and functional solutions. Very honest, responsible, and respectful. My tenants moved out at the end of July and needed my whole house renovated. I’m a DIYer and can handle paint, floors and light electrical work but I don’t have knowledge on codes, plumbing, large electrical overhauls, cabinets, countertops, etc…. Jose has helped me out in the past with replacing a water heater, roof leaks, bathtub installation (all things I also can’t do) but this was a much bigger job. He was amazing throughout the entire experience. He gave me great contacts to source the cabinets and countertops which I was very happy with. He made recommendations on lighting in the kitchen and I love how they look. Overall the quality was exceptional and I couldn’t be happier. He’s my go-to guy for all house projects that are outside my abilities.

Jose and his team were excellent. The house we purchased was outdated. Jose and his team did our floors, our 3 bathrooms, inside paint job, recessed lighting. Would definitely recommend to others. Great work!!!

Jose helped us with fixing our roof including installing new gutters, extensive dry rot work and changing out the garage side door. His quote was reasonable and his team finished the work quickly. We are very happy with the quality of work performed. He also correctly guided us regarding some plumbing work which a different contractor had told us was necessary to perform. We found Jose to be very honest and knowledgeable regarding house projects and whole heartedly recommend him for any housing needs.

I love these guys! They built the most beautiful kitchen for me in 100 year old house with a lot of problems. Every day I cook in this house I thank HQR. The space they designed for us is so functional, easy to use, and easy to clean, that I am immensely grateful! And did I mention that we are unusual in our tastes, and wanted a country kitchen, which they provided perfectly. Also, at a very good price with some extra work thrown in. Do not hesitate to work with this company… Just loved these folks. Honest, hard-working, and extremely high quality.
