Holiman Homes

We purchased a Holiman Home 2023. We have been sadly disappointed with Kris Holiman backing up the work on the home. First of all, he did not complete everything on the punch list prior to the move in. After many attempts he has not given us the list of vendors used on the construction. This will make it impossible to get any warranty work done for years. I am sad that such a beautiful home had a contractor and can’t finish the final detail work of the home. This has given him a bad reputation in the community as a money pusher and not a great custom builder.
