Homestead Remodeling & Consulting

We were very pleased with the excellent work that Homestead Remodeling and Consulting provided in helping us update our basement ballroom. The entire project went smoothly and the outcome was especially satisfying. The bathroom tile was expertly removed and replaced with new tile that was extended (per our request) three and a half inches in height around the entire bathroom. Our wall paper was nicely removed and prepared for painting. The shower system, including the door, our heater, our light fixture, the cabinet, the vanity top and all our fixtures were also removed and successfully reinstalled with new and modern replacements. .Homestead did a "first class" job in promptly addressing and following up on all the items that surfaced in our project discussions. They quickly provided answers and were extremely dependable in working through and presenting workable and successful solutions. We highly recommend Homestead Remodeling and Consulting and will certainly call on them again for our future projects.

I have used Homestead Remodeling and Consulting for several projects and been very pleased with the results from all of them. I initially hired them to put in an egress window on my house and in addition to doing a nice job with that, they noticed that I had hail damage on my siding and I ended up getting all new siding put on with an approved insurance claim. I then moved and they helped me at my new house by updating the plumbing for a water back-up sump pump, redoing all the drainage/landscaping in the back yard, building a beautiful new stone patio, and repainting all the trim on the house. I have been impressed with all the work crews they have sent for all the different projects we have had done. I liked them so much I recommended them to my mother who has also had excellent work done. In addition to the work itself being well done, I have found their interpersonal and communication skills to be excellent as well. All the workers have been friendly, knowledgeable, and within budget. I definitely plan to hire them again if I ever have another project.
