Howard Nagel Corp was great. Howard and his team of tradesmen did a wonderful job on our new home, starting with design concepts and the building project start to finish. He kept us informed and was with us every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone looking to build or renovate.

I fired Nagel after 18 months of what was to be an 8 month project. I had to have my property reviewed by a licensed, experienced inspector who was appalled by the work. Among the remediations I was forced to do...Nagel left live wires in my walls and wired multiple large kitchen appliances on one circuit, (my house needed to be rewired and I have to add AFCI's to further protect my family), the hardwood floors in my entire house were resanded and stained, the insulation and venting was so poorly done it is dangerous (still needs to be remediated),not one window was installed per manufacturers recommendations, not a single window, door, or addition was caulked or insulated, furnace venting was inadequate allowing carbon monoxide to leak back into the house, Nagel's filthy worksite caused all the mechanicals to fail..both furnaces and the garage opener had to be dismantled and cleaned, the list is endless. Final insult...empty beer bottles throughout the house and completely filling my recycling can.

We hired Howard Nagel Corp. for a complete renovation of the first floor of our townhouse. The renovation included: removing all old flooring and replacing with hardwood, new kitchen cabinets, granite coutertops, custom backsplash tile, new stainless sink and faucet along with all new stainless appliances, new lighting throughout, new tile on both sides of our two sided fireplace as well as new granite hearths and lastly the whole first floor was painted. The renovation took about 2 months and was "virtually painless" because of Howard's hard work,expert advice and organizational skills and the wonderfully skilled and artistic craftsmen that Howard has on his crew. When you are without a kitchen and no running water on your first floor for 2 months as well as having workmen in and out on a daily basis and you can call the experience "virtually painless", that is saying alot. Additionally, Howard's quote was so accurate that we were able to stay in budget. I have and will continue to recommend Howard Nagel Corp.

Remodeling two bathrooms in 22 year old home. Included; demolition of old showers, tubs, toilets, cabinets, mirrors, electrical and tile. Replaced old tub shower with new tile shower and shower base, shower doors, cabinet work, granite tops, ceramic tile, specialty exhaust fan and lighting in one bath. Replaced old whirlpool tub with new bubble jet tub, moved shower to different location, new cabinets, granite tops and granite tub surround, tile shower, shower doors, toilet and lights. This was a very detailed remodel requiring a lot of planning and staging. Howard Nagel Corp worked closely with us on the design and selection of materials and fixtures. Without their expertise and help, this job would have been too difficult for us to undertake. They stayed on their budget and the workmen were neat and careful and always came when they said they would. We are really pleased with the end result. Our bathrooms rival anything I've seen in home decor magazines.
