Contractor Jerry Lithwin and his extraordinary team of an electrician, plumer, painter, and vinyl floor installer did the highest quality work on my home remodel. They met their deadlines. They maintained contact with me during the remodel so I always knew what to expect, and when they were scheduled to do the work. Highly recommended.

Jerry and Aimee Lithwin were truly wonderful to work with. They both were great about answering calls/texts very swiftly. Jerry always left everything picked up and clean daily. The sub-contractors were very competent & friendly. The work was finished as scheduled/promised aside from an issue or two of getting supplies due to COVID-19. Aimee’s eye for design was VERY helpful to us in choosing tile, countertops, etc. And when the “guys” would recommend something Aimee was fantastic at thinking through the idea and sharing a point of view none of us had thought of and sometimes coming up with a better design idea.

We had had toilet leaks in our upstairs bathroom, once with a leak into the downstairs bathroom. The extent of sub-floor damage was not known, and there was also the big question of "mold." When Jerry Lithwin came to prepare his bid, he explained what some of the unknowns might be and how he would handle them if they came up. We liked his bid because it listed the work details - demo, repair sub-floor, tile, drywall, new toilet, baseboard, electrical, and paint. This made it easier when we decided to keep the old light fixture and chose a different kind of flooring. There was also more sub-floor work than had been expected. The work was well done, with clear thinking and good communication. A meaningful surprise: the amount of the invoice was lower than the bid amount! This contractor could have charged the full amount bid, but he did not. He adjusted the price to his costs.

Jerry & Aimee Lithwin are a dynamite team! They designed and created our dream kitchen that was even better than we had hoped for. I hired Jerry to install new Milgard double pane windows in my entire house. I am so happy with them. There are no more drafts and they keep the street noise out. He is also good at building new showers and laying new floors! He is also on time and his work is top quality.
