Had old tub and surround removed down to studs replaced with new shower work was done professionally by workers Dave and Bailey did great job very clean and neat was glad to meet them friendly and professional shower is beautiful Thank you Andrew j Chambers i give them a 5 star rating

We purchased 22 new Joyce windows for our 1928 storybook style home. We had several other quotes, but chose them based on product, design, and value. Our sales rep, Rick G. was great at helping keep the charm of the house, even though we were putting in modern windows. That was very important to us. The crew that installed our windows were punctual, professional, kind, and FAST. They addressed any little issues immediately and everything came out beautiful. We are now planing to use them for our siding.

I recommend Joyce Factory Direct for the Quality , Installation : My Living room Window is a pretty big picture window and When the crew showed up with my NEW window ( and they were on-time ), They removed the old and Installed the New Window it's amazing , beautiful . They crank out on each side of the window and it opens easily, now we can open our windows and feel the breeze come in ( as my old window never opened up ) So i'm very happy , The Installers cleaned up after installing the window inside & outside . The Installers worked as a team and treated my home with RESPECT. I, also had them Install a NEW PATIO DOOR the same day and again the material of making the patio door was very good quality , the door opens and glides so easily this company i recommend for your Window's & Door and other Home improvements. The Guys for my Install were : David , Joe, and Tito The Guy who measures for the project his name is TOM and i just am a Happy Lady to have had this company Take care of my home projects . Excellent products and excellent service! The salesman, Rick, was able to recommend exactly what we needed. The windows and sliding door were installed by Dave and Wes. They were very helpful, answered all of my questions and very professional. I am very happy with the windows and the door. The windows open easily, look great. Joyce Factory was recommended by a friend... I am glad she did. Now, my sister is planning an enclosure!

Just had our bathroom re-done... I will never use this company ever again!! The management and people behind the phones are a joke!! There workers are what keep this company in business... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! the work is great!! The people hiding behind the computers are horrible !!!

Joyce Factory Direct, recently completed phase one of a three phase whole house window replacement project (22 windows in total). We are very pleased with the quality and operation of the windows, and the very professional installation done by Mark and Adam. We look forward to the completion of the rest of the project.

Very good quality of work even during covid-19 they helped us with financial assistance to get a loan it was pretty quick turn around I want to say less than a month all together very happy

Wow! Such an amazing job done Joyce Factory Direct & BathPlanet! It was supposed to be a two-day job to re-do my shower but they finished it all in one day. It was a painless experience and very affordable. I'm now happy I have a wonderful updated shower. Will gladly do business with them again!

We ordered our windows after spending about 30 minutes with our salesman. It was the holiday season, but our windows arrived on time, as promised. The weather outside wasn't the best, but our installers Matt & Corey "weathered" through! They did a beautiful job and we are thrilled with our new 18 windows! HIGHLY recommend Joyce Factory Direct!

I just had my old bathtub removed, and a larger, deeper tub with water jets installed by Joyce Factory Direct & BathPlanet. The 2 installers were punctual, courteous and a joy to have in my home. They were VERY careful to leave no mess behind them, and in 2 days I had a beautiful new tub/shower plus new tile on all 3 sides. I found the price to be very reasonable too! Joyce provides many services, and I will certainly use them again if I need any of the services they supply!

I had a simple project of having a patio roof installed. This would be replacing a canopy that requires a tear down every year and leaves my patio unusable. We didn't really know what to expect when this endeavor started. The professionalism displayed by everyone was very refreshing. They walked us through the steps and estimated time frames for each step. When the actual installation happened, it was incredibly efficient with very minimal disruption. In my instance this happened in under 4 hours. This definitely had the best possible outcome. They understood my needs/wants and exceeded that.
