JP Building is owned and operated by Jason Prendergast, an Irish carpenter who brings years of experience and creativity to his projects. JP Building only sources from local building suppliers because we believe that small businesses make vibrant communities. We are fully licensed and insured, and are certified in lead safe remodeling. It is our policy to use environmentally friendly designs that make your home more efficient. We also try to reuse as much of the material we are replacing as possible, while also keeping waste and water usage at a minimum. Our standard is to keep your house clean during construction and leave the site as tidy as when we started.
