We had the pleasure of doing business with Jim Tapp at JT Developments just a couple years back for a major remodel of our home. A few things stand out for me: his ability to handle every aspect of our remodel from plumbing, electrical, major architectural changes, kitchen, bath, finish work etc. Jim and his team handled every aspect with precision and expertise. Also, his honesty and integrity with how he handles business. There are so many contracters out there who want most of their money up front and leave you hanging when they can't get the job done. Jim does it right and gets paid for the work he does as he goes. The quality of work was above and beyond our expectations. He was so pleasant to have around, he became like family to us! When you have someone in your home doing work for an extended amount of time it was truly a blessing! We genuinely were sad when he was finally finished as we knew we wouldn't be seeing him any more each day! I would not hesitate in giving my strongest recommendation to Jim and JT Developments.

Jim showed a high level of professionalism in every aspect of our remodel. He listed each part of the project and its price and stayed within the cost frame. There were NO surprises. I loved his design suggestions, they were not "cookie cutter" repeats of the design photos on the internet. The crew he assembled from carpenters, tilers and hardwood floor installers were all professionals. They were in and out in two days each. And the project was finished on time. The finished product is amazing and our house is beautiful. I would hire him for all of my repair and upgrade needs in the future.
