I needed to renovate the first floor living space of my new home and hired Kazka Design to manage the design and architecture process. I could not be more thrilled with the result. After an initial consultation, Kazka created a space of elegance and beauty. And most importantly, we spent a significant amount of time on usage and function, talking through my family’s day to day activities and how we can best utilize the space to suit our lifestyle. Terrace Team

Kazka did this awesome hospitality project for us. They meticulously designed 8 acres of land, new buildings, fixed up a big 8000 sq ft building, a parking lot, and even designed a swimming pool. We were in touch with them almost every day for over a year, had 50+ workshops, and they helped us with all the paperwork and permits. Kazka made super detailed drawings for all the custom furniture in four different types of spaces: bedrooms, lobby, kitchenettes, and a restaurant. They even helped the furniture maker from start to finish. Gor and Olesia, the masterminds behind Kazka, are an amazing team. They pulled all-nighters, worked themselves the ground, and the end result? It's way more than excellent, it's mind-blowing. Seriously, if you get the chance to work with them, consider yourself lucky. They're the real deal.

Guys at Kazka created a project for a renovation of an old Mid Century home in Cragsmoor into a very popular Airbnb and eventually 10% above asking price sale. Especially want to highlight their idea to bring a bathtub in the master bedroom. Need to buy more homes just to be able to work with them!
