Keystone Construction

I recently had a mold problem in my basement. All the remediation companies said I needed to solve the water coming in first otherwise the mold would return. I found Keystone here on Houzz. I was a little concerned about choosing them because they had no reviews. I'm glad I did. James came to survey the project I was planning, I needed the area around my home excavated and to have a french drain installed and waterproofed. His guys were impeccable. They worked tirelessly for two weeks. His pricing was totally within reason and I felt a little below fair value. In his estimate he said any unforeseen work would be extra. When the foundation was exposed large gaps under the patio door were discovered and he recommended using cinder blocks to fill the gap. Even his additional charge for this was very reasonable. One of my concerns was I wanted to reuse the blue stone for the patio. My house is 170 years old and I wanted to retain the rustic look. His men took painstaking measures photographing the deck to rebuild it to the original look I am now planning on building a 8 car garage in the spring and new windows and will definitely use Keystone again.
