KRAFT BUILDING & REMODELING

Tim Kraft Building and remodeling repaired/remodeled our house after a tornado took the roof off. Tim was great working with the insurance company, came in right on budget and completed the project within a week of his estimate. Tim was master at coming up with innovative solutions to problems we had with the 60 year old structure. Tim uses his own crew for most of his work and the quality really shows. You need to consider this company if you have a complex remodel job in mind.

Tim and crew did a challenging addition and covered deck for us. We were a little skeptical on how this would turn out due to the terrain and existing structure but his assurances, advice, suggestions and the finished product turned out great. Everyone compliments our addition. With some construction experience myself, I was impressed with Bob (carpenter) who seems to be a bit of a perfectionist. By chance, we entertained a friend who is an achitect and he commented on what a great job our contractor did. I will call Kraft for my next project.

We used Tim Kraft for a fairly extensive remodeling project which included electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tile, crown molding, and hardwood floors. His crews were invariably courteous and meticulous in their work. We were impressed that they cleaned up after themselves after each work day and hauled off their own trash. After the work began, we thought of a few additional things we wanted done that were not in our original contract; they were accommodated without complaint. As the project drew to a close, Tim asked for a "punch list" of overlooked details which he addressed graciously and professionally. His services even included a cleaning lady once the work was finished and furniture back in place. We can recommend Kraft Building and Remodeling without reservation.

Over the years, I have hired this contractor to do various projects, from add-ons to remodels and renovations. Tim and his crew are always prompt, careful, and courteous. They are good at finding solutions to old-house problems. Most recently, they transformed my 50's style hall bathroom into a beautiful contemporary one. They do excellent work, and clean up their work area at the end of each day. I would definitely hire them again for remodeling and building projects.
