Tim did a very nice job on our basement remodeling back in January, 2015, including drywall walls and ceiling, windows, electric and lighting, and tile floor. He will listen to your intentions and ideas, offer what he thinks can maximize the whole situation, and then keep you informed of the hourly and daily progress. While he and his colleague(s) are working, they are neat and orderly, and at the end of each day, will leave the work site in tidy fashion. We recommend him for your home remodeling projects.

I have been asked to provide, on several occasions, heating and cooling systems and services for Lehigh Valley Home Services. I've always found the jobsite clean, his assistants knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Any alterations I needed to complete the job were done in a timely and professional manner.

Mr Jansen took a bare, cinder block basement and completely built it out. He completed all insulation, framing, electrical and plumbing, including both travertine and engineered wood flooring. The basement includes a theater, wine room, bathroom, cafe area, TV viewing area and dog grooming area. It has been pointed out as the best basement most people have ever seen when they visit the house.

I hired Tim to do several remodeling project on my home, renovating 2 existing bathrooms that received a complete make-over (down to the studs & joists. Both involved making them senior friendly & involved a fair amount of undiscovered issues that Tim was able to creatively & professionally resolve. He is a virtual "Jack of All Trades" which allows him to ensure the fit & finish of these complicated projects. I am a architect of 40 years & I have personally recommended Tim to several of my commercial clients.

Tim transformed a storage space into a fantastic bedroom. He came up with the design, did all electrical, insulating, drywall, trim work and painted! In an awkward space he made a built in desk out of a piece of reclaimed wood. Tim worked quickly and we have exactly the result we hoped for... I have recommended him numerous times and always get positive feedback. Highly recommend!
