I bought a fixer upper almost a year ago, and Levya & Co did a phenomenal job helping take out 2 load bearing walls. They took care of all permits and everything, and have since gone on to help with referrals to other projects, as well as be a go-to for any construction projects/questions I’ve taken on since. I have nothing but high praise for their timeliness and quality of work.

Edgar Leyva was my GC on a recent home renovation, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The renovation included a major kitchen refresh, select interior drywall and painting, custom built-ins in the living and dining rooms, custom closets throughout the house, replacing carpet in bedrooms with hardwoods, and new lighting. Edgar is very professional as well as very personable, easy to deal with, extraordinarily responsive, and extremely competent. He fields a team of top-notch subcontractors who know what they are doing and deliver on time. I will definitely use Edgar on my next project.
