The project included a remodel to correct, repair, and upgrade a Mid-Century Modern home on a post and pier foundation. Personal attention. Worked closely with client. Thoughtful solutions to complex problems. Attention to details. Good network of subcontractors. Consultation and suggestions for all the little things and decisions we had to make to complete the project. Well worth having a General to manage the Subs.
