Pete Martinetto and his crew did an excellent job on our 3 season porch and deck. They were very professional and were so patient in answering our questions and making changes as we went along. Their work ethic was top notch as was the quality of their work. We are very happy with our new porch and I highly recommend Pete for any project you might be considering.

This was our second attempt at building a home and the difference was like night and day. Pete was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He helped us decide where money was well spent and offered excellent advice when requested, or more importantly, when we were about to make a mistake. He was patient with questions and gave as much detail as necessary so we could understand the "hows and whys". On the quality checks I knew enough to ask about, the materials and techniques he used met and usually exceeded what I hoped for. Building is not an easy process, using Pete gave us much, much less to worry about. We have no reservations about recommending he build your home.

I hired Pete to finish my basement. Although my job was small in comparison to other jobs Pete had at the time he always made me feel it was important to him. He paid attention to every detail. He could have just came in and installed walls ceiling and floors and been done. But instead he spent time going over the existing foundation and talking to me about different options to ensure that I wouldn't run into problems further down the road. He completed all of the work on time and within budget. When my husband and I decided to build a new home there was only one contractor in our minds. We have seen several homes in the area which Pete has built and it is obvious that he pays attention to every detail. If you want your home built right he is the man to call.

We are VERY happy with our decision to hire Martinetto Contracting, Inc when we built our house. During the entire building time they were reliable and dependable to the best of their abilities. They were in daily communication as to the progress that was or wasn't made during that days work. He was open and honest about a few ideas we had on the plan that he had seen were not so successful in his past projects. With this, he suggested to us a few options that we decided to go with. If we were to ever build again in the future, Martinetto Contracting, Inc would be our choice to the job!

The project was a ground-up, four season home on Sugar Lake. Pete was excellent to work with and the project went smoothly as we stayed on time and on budget. He was timely and easy to work with even as we oversaw the construction from the Twin Cities, 3 hours away. I would highly recommend Martinetto Construction for any project. We used him again in 2012 to complete a garage with sleeping quarters on the same property with the same excellent results.

My wife & I hired Martinetto Contracting to build our lake home. We made a solid choice - Pete was an excellent communicator, held true to his bid, was extremely thorough, and the quality of construction was/is outstanding. A builder needs to be a good carpenter, but obviously there is much more to it. There are so many things that happen during a building project, and what often separates a "good" contractor from the others is the extra effort they make to respond quickly. Another quality that Pete demonstrated was a uniquely high level of patience, which we especially appreciated. In a nutshell, Pete met or exceeded our expectations. He did excellent work, responded quickly and efficiently, and was extremely patient and kind during the entire project. We recommend him highly!

Pete Martinetto and his highly skilled crew built our new home. Pete had done our new garage 3 years prior and we were very happy with that project. We did a tear down and new build with our most recent project, a new custom home. Pete and his crew's knowledge, experience and attitude throughout the entire build was a pleasure. Very respectful of our time and budget. Our property site was clean at the end of every work day. We couldn't have asked for a better crew. We wanted a builder that would take care of all the subcontractor scheduling, all the details from start to finish. Pete and his crew were on the job everyday and accomplished so much every day. The subcontractors were highly skilled as well. It was the smoothest, most painless build we have done. Pete was so easy to work with. Pete's great ideas and expertise were so helpful. His highly skilled craftsmen were phenomenal. We have a beautiful, energy efficient, custom built home that was in our budget. We would highly recommend Martinetto Contracting for any project you may have planned. You will be very happy. Pete's a trustworthiness and professionalism standard is above and beyond.
