I have worked with Menard Construction for over twenty years and have always had great projects produced by his construction team. Our latest success together was a new small shore house that replaced one that was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. Every project has unique challenges and Tom Menard brings his wealth of experience, his management and construction teams and his sub-contractors together to create beautiful renovations and new houses. He has a good eye for design and that really helps to make the projects successful. It is a pleasure to work with him and it is real collaborative team effort.

We hired Tom Menard and his team from Menard construction to work with us, using our architectural plans to rebuild after Sandy destroyed our cottage down the Jersey shore. Menard Construction has an office in Boonton and one in Brick. They handled the demo of the old building and the permitting and construction for our new home and deck. Tom hired excellent subcontractors and we are very pleased with the quality of construction and the final result. His local team, Jason, Melissa and Chris were some of the nicest people to work with. We are so happy with our home and would certainly recommend Menard Construction .

Tom and his whole team are consummate professionals. They did a major addition to our home on several floors as well as an redo of some existing space. The craftsmanship was excellent and they communicated and explained throughout. Also, the contractors he recommended were competent and did a great job for us. Menard Construction did a major renovation on our home. They added a level, put on a new exterior to match the historical architecture in our town, and updated electrical, plumbing and A/C. The price initially quoted was competitive and very close to the final costs paid. They came in with a realistic timeline and had a great project manager, Chris, who took care of all issues that came up and made the project run smoothly. I would highly recommend using Menard Construction.

I have used Menard Construction for multiple projects. They renovated my home, and did a total gut job and full reconstruction of a building that we purchased as an office for my business. Both were complicated and big jobs. We were very happy with the end product and Tom worked within our budget. Tom, his project managers and workers are all very conscientious about quality of their work and seem to take pride in the satisfaction of their customer. We had previously worked with a few contractors/subs that oversold and under-preformed. That is not the case with Menard Construction. They are responsive to inquiries, personable and fair. I will use them again on any future work we need done.

Hired Menard Construction to renovate the Boonton Opera House which was originaly built in 1850. Renovation included demolition and rebuilding of the stage, excavation and rebuilding of a new floor under the stage , demoiltion and rebuilding of new entrance ways for the front and back of the building. Very experienced and knowledgeable and provided me with good options and alternatives throughout the process. They worked well with my architech and coordinated well with all the subcontractors.
