Absolutely terrible; the work performed did not even hold up one year. We have to have our baseboards, bathroom, tiles and other items redone. Such a waste of money. Also, he's terrible at budgets and refuses to answer phone calls once starting a project. They don't pass city inspections either on the first try - typically takes about 3 attempts for them to do it correctly. They also don't provide receipts for any items purchased or fix any work once it breaks (and it will break). DO NOT GO WITH MONARCH!! If I could give negative stars, I would.
